Comments:
After moving Florida down last week, I corrected myself and put the Gators where they clearly belong. Yes, the one-point loss to Ole Miss is tough to get around, but no one is playing better than Florida. Alabama loses out to the trio of Big XII schools, and narrowly stays ahead of USC. A Bama win over Auburn and Florida would easily put the Tide at No. 1 (A win alone over Auburn would probably get Bama back to the top 3). Utah fell back a little but an unbeaten regular season with a win over BYU would get the Utes into the top 10. Oregon State, two wins shy of a Rose Bowl, has come a long way since the opening season losses to Stanford and Penn State. Ball State finally gets a tough opponent this week, as the Cardinals travel to Central Michigan on Wednesday.

Comments:
While Florida keeps looking better and better, the loss by Texas at Texas Tech was a better loss than Florida's loss at home to Ole Miss. I can see Oklahoma winning at home against Texas Tech. The score of that game will have a lot to do with next week's rankings.
