Comments:
Florida stays at the top of my poll, and Texas moves up to No. 2. While Oklahoma looked amazing against Texas Tech, the Sooners did lose to Texas thus the Longhorns have to be ranked above. Bama still getting the short-end of an undefeated stick, but the Tide will have their chance, and even a loss to Auburn won't drop them if they should beat Florida in Atlanta. Utah, having already completed their unbeaten season, gets the nod over USC for having won a tougher conference and with the Trojans needing a Oregon State loss just to win the mediocre Pac-10. Ball State finally gets in my poll with the huge win at Central Michigan. A win tonight completes their unbeaten season.

I think that Oklahoma ’s beat down in Norman was a challenge to the rest of the nation. I don’t think there is a team in the nation that can play with them right now but it would sure be a hell of game between them and Florida . Hopefully Florida will drop 70 on Alabama to make a point.

Comments:
That is it from Birmingham. Big Huge Rivalry Games this week. Teams better stay focused, we don't want a repeat from last year. It is important for Alabama and Florida to win this week for the SEC to get 2 teams into the BCS. I think Georgia Tech will give Georgia all they want this week. If Oregon St wins this week, then it will be 2 from the PAC 10 and it looks like 2 from the Big 10.

Comments:
In defense of my Utah pick, they are undefeated which means they didn’t lose to Ole Miss or Iowa , and they did beat Oregon State (the Pac-10 favorites) and Michigan of the Big-10. They are also the first team to 12 wins. If Oklahoma State beats Oklahoma and Missouri beats Texas , they get in the Nat’l Championship game, right?!!
