Ok, no offense to Boise and the undefeated season they are surely to have, but really? Their win over Oregon looks much better now, but they are 4-0 against 4 teams that have a combined 5-11 record, with 3 of those being from Oregon. Their current schedule posts a glorified 18-26 record. Oregon may or may not be good, but looking at Boise's schedule, I can't and wont vote them anywhere near the top 5. If the end of the season were near, and I was left with a one-loss VaTech, Bama, Texas, Oklahoma, or Florida team, would I really consider the Oregon game enough of a signature win for this program to put them #1 or #2? No.
ReplyDeleteAn additional factor: Florida's SOS is 21, even with all the cupcakes. Alabama's is 55, LSU's is 29, VaTech's is #2. Only Texas (74), and Auburn (84)are above Boise St's (69) SOS.
ReplyDeleteI agree guys but since Jarad has mentioned all the facts I was about to say I will just say we need to do better than that
