  1. Comments from pollster's:

ChadhaNo.1: Great day of football on Saturday. Best atmosphere ever at an Alabama game. Four big games this weekend: LSU/South Carolina (Is the Visor back for real??); Penn State/Michigan (Are they done in the Big House or is there fight left??); Alabama/Georgia (Just how good is this Bama team??); Texas A&M/Miami (Is Miami football done??)

The RailBird: I'm dropping Texas considerably until I see something better. Nebraska got beaten by the second best team in the nation, as they were suppose to. I don't think it makes them a worse team.

Crafy Veteran: Just to clarify, Louisville should be out of [anybody's poll.] Their defense can't stop anybody.

    Auburn John: My Top 10
    1) LSU - The Tigers are averaging 2.3 pts per game. Ouch. Good luck Gamecocks. [Last week: 1]
    2) USC - Dead wrong about that trip to Lincoln; Trojans will have a tough road (suprisingly) in the PAC10. [2]
    3) OU - Sooners, LSU and USC will show why a playoff is needed. [3]
    4) UF - What a win in Gainesville. Amazing. [5]
    5) OSU - Impressive win over Washington. [11]
    6) Cal - Could this team really challenge in the PAC10? Nah, they'll be exposed eventually, but playing like a Top 5 team right now. [10]
    7) BC - Down right destroyed my previous No. 9 team, Georgia Tech, in Atlanta. Now with three ACC wins. [NR]
    8) Oregon - So who have they beaten of note? Uh, nobody really, though they crushed a Freson team that could've (should've?) beaten Texas A&M. Typical Ducks will slide, but playing well right now. [13]
    9) Wisc. - Finally drop from their perch after close game against UNLV followed by poor performance against The Citadel. [4]
    10) Penn St. - FIU, Notre Dame, Buffalo ain't exactly a dominant trio. We'll see how the Lions handle the rejuvenated Wolverines next week. [7]
