Ohio St's win over Buckeyes was not as dominating as final score appeared. Oregon playing like the best team in the country, so they get the nod - for this week. LSU plays down to a team without as much talent thanks to The Hat. OU and Mizzou on neutral field is pick'em. Mounties get in right above Kansas. Jayhawks will get there chance to move up with their remaining schedule. 'Good' Georgia is showing up right now; which team will it be against Auburn. What a job by Lloyd Carr; UM back but face a big one against UW.

Remember Saban didn't lose and Miles didn't even come close to winning.

Saban won because those were his recruits.

    The Marksman
    Ohio St - by default
Oregon - very impressive, they are No.2 until the SEC Championship game
LSU - they have been lucky the past few games. They need to prove something to me to move them past Oregon.
Oklahoma - this team has been very impressive
West Virginia - Watchout for the White/Slaton Show
Kansas - still hard for me to buy into this team. Lets wait until they play someone with a defense
Arizona St - they lost to arguably the best team in college and they made it a game. Unlucky fumble at the end cost them.
Boston College - they got exposed with their lack of speed
Missouri - they just keep winning
Georgia - We will learn alot about this team going into this weekend
Virgina Tech - looks like they are a totally different team than the beginning of the season
Michigan - Won a close rivalry game
Southern Cal - they still have the talent to beat anyone
UCONN - Impressive win, but it won't last
Auburn - Has proven that they can go on the road
Texas - barely beat an average team.

LSU has the nation's best résumé, and it's not even close, but is the nation's No. 1 defense overrated? With win's over UM, USC and ASU, Oregon's résumé is worthy of being considered for the number two spot, but the defense is porous and relied on getting too many breaks off ASU turnovers. Kansas still has a question about the best win: beating Kansas State isn’t impressive anymore after the Wildcats lost to Iowa State, but a win at Oklahoma State, and it might be time to truly start giving the Jayhawks top five-type credit.
